Without an account
Your plans, photos and scans stay on your device. The scan uses the camera and LiDAR only while scanning; images never leave the device.
With an account
Email address and projects, hosted by Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt), to sync your devices. You can delete the account and its data at any time from the app.
AI renders
The 3D view image is sent to our image provider only when you request a render. It is not used to train any model.
Service providers
Apple, Google and RevenueCat (purchases, contract performance); Stripe (web payment); Google AdMob in the free version (ads, with your consent); Sentry (crashes) and PostHog hosted in the EU (usage statistics), without personal profiles.
Retention
Deleted projects: 30 days in the bin. Account: until you delete it. Purchases: legal accounting period, detached from the deleted account.
Your rights
Access, correction, erasure, portability, objection: write to [À COMPLÉTER: email]. You can contact your data protection authority.
Audience measurement and notifications
With a randomly generated installation ID, the app records: device type, operating system, app version, language, country and approximate city (derived from the IP address, which is not kept). News and offers notifications are only sent with your consent, which you can withdraw in Account. Cloudflare Turnstile protects sign-in against bots.
